Roles we hire for
Driver Support Agent
The voice on the other end of the phone for drivers on the road — check calls, directions, appointment changes and escalations. Day and night shifts.
Documentation Executive
Processing bills of lading, proofs of delivery and rate confirmations with accurate data entry. Accuracy matters more than speed.
Billing & Accounts Executive
Raising invoices, submitting to brokers and factoring portals, and following up on payments that have gone quiet.
Tracking & Customer Coordinator
Keeping brokers and shippers updated on load status and delivery timelines, and handling delivery-related queries.
Team Leader / Supervisor
Supervising a support team, handling escalations and maintaining quality against documented workflows.
What we look for
Clear communication matters more to us than a particular degree. For the roles that involve talking to drivers and brokers, that means being able to listen properly, explain things simply, and stay composed when the person on the other end is already frustrated. Comfort in English is important for most roles; Hindi and Punjabi are valuable for driver- facing work.

Freshers are welcome
Several of our roles suit candidates starting their first job. If you communicate well and are willing to learn, a lack of prior experience is not a barrier — we train on the specifics of each client account regardless of background, so everyone goes through structured training either way. Nobody handles an account independently until they have been trained on it and worked under supervision.
Shifts and location
Logistics does not run to office hours, so we hire across both day and night shifts.
Night-shift roles cover North American working hours, which is when most of our client work
happens. Our office is at 102, 1st Floor, Skytech Leasing Solutions, Plot D-176,
Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab 140307, India, in the Phase 8B Industrial Area, commutable from Chandigarh,
Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kharar.
